We came to Cyprus in April 2026 to deliver a Conference at the St Raphael Hotel. We had never done an event in Cyprus before so we were a little bit nervous initially because we could not carry out a site visit in advance of the event and so were having to rely on email and phone communication only.

We were put in touch with Storybox via the hotel and from the moment we reached out to them we felt instantly confident that they were going to do a good job! Their communication was brilliant, their attention to detail in the run up to the event was second to none and they went out of their way to help us with any last minute requests. We also had some quite obscure AV requests including 3 translation booths which Storybox were able to source and set up for us with no problems at all.

Over the course of the live event, we had a team of fantastic AV technicians and support who were proactive and very attentive. The event ran seamlessly from an AV point of view!

Storybox also sourced us a photographer who was also brilliant! He followed the brief well and the photos that we got from the event were excellent.

In summary, I could not recommend Storybox enough and would absolutely work with them again if we were to do another event in Cyprus.
